Three stunning dusky pink star ruby cabochon stones are set into individual bezel settings and connected with rings to give movement to this piece.  The top stone is set into each side of the collar, which consists of deep hammered sterling silver in arc shapes.  These are suspended by a chain with a secure trigger clasp.

Star rubies are deeper and more dense than faceted rubies.  The layers in the stone produces a star of light when put under a strong light.  The structure of each stone can be clearly seen
